Connection of fire alarm and fire warning systems
The connection of a fire alarm or fire warning system is possible in different ways and is very simple. We are happy to support you if necessary.
If your fire alarm system already sends messages by e-mail, you can easily integrate them into EVALARM. You can find detailed instructions here .
SMS
If your fire alarm system already sends messages via SMS, you can easily integrate them into EVALARM. You can find detailed instructions here .
Serial port
If your system has a serial interface, the following protocols are supported:
- ESPA
- Modbus
- SIA
- Printer port
Our EVA box (alarm transmission device) is also required for connection via a serial interface. More information about our EVA box can be found here .
Potential-free contact
You can also connect your system via a potential-free contact. However, with this method, a qualified alarm (indication of the detector) is not possible. Our EVA box is also required for connection via a potential-free contact.
