Registration of individuals

With EVALARM, individuals can be recorded quickly and easily at the assembly point. The evacuation lists can be stored or taken directly from an access system. The evacuated persons can be recorded on any number of mobile devices and are synchronized in real time. This means there is always the necessary transparency.

Registration of departments and groups of people

Instead of recording individual people, it is possible to evacuate departments or groups of people online. This method is suitable for smaller departments or if the organizational and technical framework conditions for individual registration of persons are not possible.

The group of people reports that they have left the area and is reported as evacuated as a group in EVALARM. Here, too, the message is synchronized in real time between the evacuation helpers.

Registration of cleared building sections

If recording individuals and groups is not possible, then there is the possibility of real-time reporting of evacuated and controlled building sections. This gives those responsible the necessary overview as early as possible.

If individuals cannot leave the danger area, they can use EVALARM to send an emergency call with localization, which will reach those responsible in just a few moments.
